Please note that "Free," "Flat Rate," or "Standard Shipping" may result in significant delays. Proper Fix Cosmetics can not be held liable for delayed shipments by the courier USPS.

Once Your order leaves our building, the carrier becomes fully responsible for delivery. We are not responsible for any issues arising from any other party once your order has successfully dispatched to the carrier. This includes delayed, lost, or stolen shipments.

If an incorrect shipping address was provided at the time of checkout, a reshipment fee will be needed to have the package reshipped to the correct location.
